Its another open studio tour in the historic Mill Centre, where I just happen to have my studio! I will have my newest works hanging on my walls and my latest spring designs and wares on sale. Plus a nice sale selection of prototype products and older pieces! A number of artist studios and guest artists will be spread out throughout the building with a fun scavenger hunt for the kids!
Unnatural Causes: Art of a Critical Nature The Carroll Mansion April 22-May 24 I will have my hand-embroidered birds on linen napkins in this exhibit that addresses climate change and its impact on our environment. A must-see exhibit!

Flower Mart returns to Mount Vernon Place on May 1-2, 2020! This year the event will be hosted for the second time by the Mount Vernon Place Conservancy! This beautiful painting of the 1915 Flower Mart was painted by Baltimore artist Griffith Baily Coale. The event was begun just several years before, in 1911, to encourage home gardens and the greening of the city. The Conservancy has embraced this still-relevant mission.

The Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival has a long-standing reputation for showcasing high-quality hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind artwork in a dynamic outdoor setting that draws affluent and knowledgeable clientele. This unique event is presented in Reston Town Center and attracts approximately 30,000 patrons annually, from the Washington, DC, metropolitan region and beyond. The Festival benefits Greater Reston Arts Center, a 501c3 nonprofit, located in Reston Town Center.
